Who is Jesus?
Jesus Christ is the human-divine Son of God born of the Virgin Mary; the great High Priest who intercedes for His people at the right hand of God founder of the Christian church and central figure of the human race. He is fully God and fully man and was sent to save us from our bondage to sin. He died for our sins, physically rose from the dead and will return again someday. The Bible itself makes it very clear that the whole essence of the Christian position is dependent upon the person of the Lord Jesus Christ.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16 NIV)
